An official source revealed on Thursday that Mamata Banerjee is likely to visit Punjab on February 21, where she will meet with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and newly-elected Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Additionally, she is expected to offer prayers at the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

The timing of Banerjee’s visit is noteworthy, coinciding with the farmers’ demand for a minimum support price for their produce. Banerjee has previously expressed her support for the farmers and strongly condemned the attack on them as they marched towards New Delhi.
