Tamannaah Bhatia Unveils Her Stunning Look in Odela 2 Teaser

Director Sampath Nandi has chosen Tamannaah Bhatia as the lead in Odela 2, a sequel to his 2022 film Odela Railway Station. Tamannaah unveiled her first look as Shiva Shakti on Ion X and Instagram, coinciding with Maha Shivaratri.

She shared the image with the hashtag #FirstLookOldea2, expressing joy at revealing it on this auspicious day. With long hair and dressed as a Naga Sadhu, she wields a staff and damarukam, adorned with a saffron bindi. The scene depicts her in prayer along the ghats of Kashi.

Odela Railway Station

Similar to its precursor, Odela Railway Station, written and directed by Sampath Nandi, featured Hebah Patel as Radha, Pujita Ponnada as Spoorthi, Vasishta N Simha as Radha’s husband Tirupati, and Sai Ronak as IPS officer Anudeep. Released on Aha, the film narrates the true events of a serial killer targeting married women in Odela village.

Odela 2, now filming in Kashi, is produced by Sampath Nandi Teamwork and Madhu Creations. Focused on the village’s customs, heritage, and culture, it tells the tale of Odela Mallanna Swamy, a village defender. Hebah and Vasishta reprise their roles, with music by Ajaneesh Loknath and direction by Soundar Rajan S. Art direction is by Rajeev Nair, and the cast includes Yuva, Naga Mahesh, Vamshi, Gagan Vihari, Surender Reddy, Bhupal, and Pooja Reddy.

Kajal Aggarwal recently used social media to congratulate Tamannaah on her achievements, sharing fan-made posters with the hashtag #19gloriousyearofTamannaah. Responding to the gesture, Tamannaah expressed gratitude, stating, “This is so thoughtful of you guys and so sweet of Kaju to do this.”

Tamannaah, who has appeared in over 80 films in her 19-year career, started with Chand Sa Roshan Chehra in 2005 and is currently filming Odela 2, a criminal thriller set in Varanasi under the direction of Ashok Teja.
