In 2003, after completing his engineering degree, he joined CUH2A Inc., an engineering consulting firm. Meanwhile, the U.S.-based firm specialises in the design and construction of sophisticated facilities like laboratories, technology centres, and other highly engineered spaces. While working at CUH2A Inc., Michael established skills like HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related building systems.
Project Manager
Following working for a short stint at CUH2A, Inc., he was hired by Merrick & Company, a premier engineering firm, where he joined as a project manager. With his engineering and business expertise, within a short period, Michael went on to become one of the youngest leaders of Merrick & Company.
Other Ventures
Soon after he resigned from Merrick & Company, he joined Venderweil Engineers, headquartered in Boston, which exposed him to a vibrant regional culture. Later on, he joined a global mega-firm, AECOM, where he led several multifaceted teams supporting mission-critical installations for the U.S. government. Later, he established his leadership training at the Marine Corps around 2014.

Besides his acclaimed academic accomplishments, Michael Clements instagram “Windward” is an active philanthropist. In 2023, he went on to contribute to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) to honour his mother, who lost her battle with cancer in 2022.

My mother was an incredible woman with a giving heart who touched the lives of so many people, and I am honoured to carry on her legacy through this donation to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance. Together, we can bring ourselves one step closer to finding a cure.
