Jharkhand Three individuals implicated in the gang rape of a Spanish tourist in the Dumka district have been placed under judicial custody, as reported by the Jharkhand Police.
The incident occurred on March 1, where the Spanish woman and her husband were allegedly assaulted while sleeping in a tent at Kurumahat in the Hansdiha police station area, approximately 300 km from Ranchi, the state capital.

The police disclosed that the victim’s statement has been officially recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC.
