Vice President Dhankhar talks about changing the Padma Award: People’s Padma

The Assam Baibhav Awards, including Assam Saurav and Assam Gaurav, were presented, with the prestigious Assam Baibhav Award bestowed upon former Chief Justice of India, Justice Ranjan Gogoi.
