Addressing efforts such as the ‘Green Energy Open Access Rules, 2022,’ and Renewable Purchase Obligations, President Murmu highlighted their crucial role in India’s pursuit of Nationally Determined Contributions by 2030. Referring to “LiFE” (Lifestyle for Environment), she announced India’s initiative of a “Green Credit” to promote environmentally friendly practices rooted in tradition. She expressed confidence that these endeavors would play a vital role in achieving India’s clean energy and environmental objectives.
