Signing in to Comcast Email or Voicemail Service:
- Go to xfinity.com and click on the Email or Voice icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter your Xfinity ID and password, then click Sign In.
- Upon signing in, you’ll be directed to Xfinity Connect, serving as your dashboard for Comcast email and voicemail services.
- Access your email account by clicking Mail or your voicemail by clicking Voice.

Customize the email address for receiving Xfinity account alerts and communications in My Account. While your comcast.net email is typically the default preferred address, you can modify it at any time.

Adding a Personal Email Address:
Follow these steps to add a personal email address to your account:
- Sign in to My Account and navigate to the Users tab.
- Choose Edit next to the user you wish to add an email address for.
- In the Contact Information section, click Add a Personal Email Address. (Note: If there’s an existing personal address, click Remove to start over or Edit to make changes).
- Enter and confirm your email address, then click Save.
- A verification link will be sent to validate your new email address. For security, the verification link expires in 72 hours.
Note: Your comcast.net email remains the default preferred address until updated in My Account.
Setting Your Preferred Email Address:
To set a personal email as your preferred address:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select Edit next to the user whose preferred email you want to change.
- In the Contact Information section, click the Edit button in the email section.
- Click Make this preferred to designate your preferred email address. A gray “Preferred” indicator will appear next to your selection.
