One of the most popular artists of this century, Rihanna, recently got on stage to perform in a full-length concert at a wedding ceremony in India. The R&B superstar was paid at least $6 million to perform live in the pre-wedding festivities of Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Asia’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani.

In her first public performance after last year’s Superbowl, Rihanna impressed everyone with her classy dance moves. The concert was held in the hometown of the Ambani family, Jamnagar, in the Indian state of Gujarat. March 1 was the first night of the three-day pre-wedding celebration. The official wedding is set to take place in July.

The amount Mukesh Ambani has spent on Rihanna’s concert is unsurprising, as the business tycoon spent over $100 million on the wedding of her daughter, Isha Ambani. Isha’s ceremony featured a live gig by Beyoncé.
