Naveen Krishna Rai, a thirty-year-old individual with diverse experience across the executive, legislative, judicial, and media branches of democracy, has become a revered figure in the Birpur village of Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. At the age of 21, he took on the responsibility of being the adoptive father of the village, a role that has shaped his remarkable journey.

Childhood in Ghazipur’s Birpur

Birpur, Ghazipur, served as the backdrop for Naveen’s challenging yet inspiring childhood. Despite facing early obstacles, he exhibited tenacity and willpower that paved the way for his exceptional success.

Journey into Education

Education played a pivotal role in Naveen’s life. Raised by a single mother after losing his sergeant father just months before his birth, he pursued education as a cornerstone of his life. Admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Prayagraj provided him with a top-notch education up to the twelfth grade, and he furthered his academic journey at Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology in Gorakhpur, earning a B.Tech. degree.

Getting Started in Social Work

Naveen’s foray into social work began during his B.Tech. studies, where, under the guidance of IAS Ranjan Kumar, he initiated the Rural Youth Leadership Program in 2015. This program aimed to foster leadership skills among young individuals residing in the rural areas of Gorakhpur district.

Taking in the Village of Motiram Adda

Collaborating with Commissioner P. Guruprasad, Naveen took on the task of adopting Motiram Adda Village in the Khorabar block, continuing the development of the village by raising awareness about government initiatives.

Function as a Management Coach

Despite lacking a formal management degree, Naveen emerged as a prominent figure in coaching government officers on management-related topics. His experience enabled him to train judges and officers across various state training academies, including those for the police, judicial services, and paramilitary forces.

Effective management education

Naveen’s significant contribution extends to the effective management education of thousands of officers in the IRS, Central Reserve Force, State Police Service, and Administrative Service.

Positions of Advice in Government Committees

Recognized for his knowledge and experience, Naveen is nominated to serve on numerous state government committees, where he plays a crucial role in shaping strategies and policies.
