Despite paying a substantial sum of 4.5 lakh for the tickets for herself and her two young children, Garg highlighted the lack of in-flight amenities and the overall unpleasant journey.

During the flight, Garg documented the issues on camera, expressing frustration over broken seats and the non-functioning in-flight entertainment system for three seats. She lamented being left in the dark, both literally and metaphorically, due to the malfunctioning lights and entertainment. Despite repeated complaints to the airline staff, including what seemed like a system reset, no improvements were made, leaving Garg and her family feeling helpless.

Chadha referred to them as “saste cheats” (cheap cheats) and “scamsters,” specifically addressing an unexpected flight cancellation. She urged her followers to avoid using their services.
