78-year-old Doreen Fernandes has finally acquired her rightful proportion from the sale of her ancestral assets involving Maharashtra Minister Chhagan Bhujbal and his family.

The settlement, amounting to Rs. 8.Forty one crore, turned into paid via Sameer Bhujbal, the nephew of Chhagan Bhujbal and owner of Parvesh Construction. Doreen, who confronted severa challenges over the last two decades, along with the recent lack of her spouse and the responsibility of raising her three autistic sons alone, expressed alleviation on the decision.

The public have become aware of the Fernandes family’s war via the efforts of social activist and previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Anjali Damania. Damania had to start with raised worries about the Bhujbals in 2014–15 while threats of arrest loomed over them. Despite the problem subsiding at that time, Chhagan Bhujbal showed the finishing touch of the price, pointing out, "We have reviewed all of the files; they have got submitted all the documents."

Doreen, in flip, expressed gratitude to Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Chief Minister Eknath Shinde of Maharashtra for their intervention, ensuring that the Bhujbals fulfilled their economic obligations. Despite having a near courting with the Pawar family, Doreen recounted the help of Supriya Sule, the chief of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), all through this tough scenario.

Doreen, relieved of economic concerns, not issues about the future of her three autistic children. She thanked Anjali Damania for her position within the decision and expressed the want to set apart finances for her sons’ cushty future, given their unique desires. While Doreen stated pride with the received quantity masking three residences, she cited that the circle of relatives become promised five flats. Her intention is to offer a better life for her family down the street.
