Agriculturist and winner of Bigg Boss 7, Pallavi Prashanth, popularly known as the “Raithu Bidda,” is currently facing legal issues following an incident of vandalism in Hyderabad. Prashanth was reportedly detained on Wednesday in connection to an altercation with Amardeep Chowdhary, the runner-up of Bigg Boss Telugu 7.

The incident unfolded after Pallavi Prashanth was crowned the champion, winning the prestigious title and a cash prize of Rs 35 lakh. However, the post-celebrations outside Annapurna Studio in Hyderabad took an unexpected turn. Tensions escalated as Amardeep Chowdhary, accompanied by his mother and actress-wife Tejaswini, was heading home. Allegedly, followers of Pallavi Prashanth attacked Amardeep’s car, causing damage to the windshield and creating chaos.

In response to the incident, the police swiftly filed multiple cases against those involved, designating Pallavi Prashanth as the primary accused (A1) and his brother Mahaveer as A2. The authorities are actively using CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts to identify additional individuals involved in the altercation.

The ongoing police investigation is expected to shed light on the circumstances of the incident and the roles played by the participants. Amardeep Chowdhary, the runner-up, is reportedly cooperating with the authorities in reconstructing the events following the Bigg Boss 7 grand finale.

Pallavi and Mahaveer were arrested in Gajwel’s Kollur. Despite their attorneys’ efforts to secure bail, the Nampally court denied it. The judgment has been adjourned until Saturday, keeping Pallavi in remand for at least one more day. In addition to the brothers, a person named Vinay and drivers Saikiran and Raj have been placed on 14-day remand. Pallavi’s attorney claimed in court that he was unaware of the disturbance outside.

Reports indicate that 16 additional people have been detained in connection with the same case, with four of them being minors and 12 being adults. The police allege that Pallavi and his group failed to obtain the required authorization for a rally on the day of the grand finale. It is also claimed that supporters of the Bigg Boss winner were responsible for vandalizing public and private vehicles.

Pallavi Prashanth’s journey on Bigg Boss 7, from being a teased competitor to winning the show, had captivated the audience. The grand finale, featuring special guest Ravi Teja, witnessed Prince Yawar leaving with Rs 15 lakh. Amardeep Chowdhary, a contestant, had a unique experience as he had the opportunity to speak with his idol, actor Teja, who suggested that Amardeep give up the game for a chance to appear in Ravi Teja’s upcoming film.
