Easily Access Your Comcast Email or Voicemail at my.xfinity.com
To easily access your Comcast email or voicemail, just follow these steps:
- Visit xfinity.com and click on the Email or Voice icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Enter your Xfinity ID and password, then click Sign In.
- Upon successful sign-in, you’ll be directed to Xfinity Connect, your hub for Comcast email and voicemail services.
- Click on Mail to access your email account or Voice to access your voicemail.

Managing Your Xfinity Email Settings – Assistance from My Account
You have the flexibility to modify the email address where you receive Xfinity account alerts and communications within My Account. Although your comcast.net email is typically set as your default preferred address, you can change this preference whenever you like.
Adding a Personal Email Address
To include a personal email address in your account, adhere to these steps:
- Log in to My Account and ensure you’re on the Users tab.
- Click Edit next to the user for whom you wish to add an email address.
- In the Contact Information section, find Add a Personal Email Address. (Note: If a personal address is already linked to the username, you can click Remove and restart these instructions or click Edit to make adjustments).
- Input and confirm your email address, then click Save.
- A verification link will be sent to your new email address for validation. For security, the verification link will expire in 72 hours.
Note: Your comcast.net email will remain the default preferred address until you modify this setting in My Account.

Setting Your Preferred Email Address
To establish a personal email as your preferred address, you need to add a second email address to your account following the instructions above.
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select Edit next to the user whose preferred email you wish to update.
- In the Contact Information section, click the Edit button within the email section.
- Click Make this preferred to designate your preferred email address. A gray “Preferred” indicator will appear next to your selection.
