MyKolaV: Russian rocket crashed into the regional government building in the South Ukrainian port city Mykolaiv on Tuesday, killing at least 12 people and injuring 33, the authorities said.
What was injured was pulled from debris by rescue workers, who continued to work on the scene, the emergency service said in an online post.
Recordings from state rescue services showed a gaping hole on the side of the building, with firefighters put out the fire where the rocket hit and was injured inserted into ambulance stretchers.
There was a blood patch that was seen in debris, and the glass was destroyed and the upside furniture was scattered on the floor in the office in the building.

Russia called her actions in Ukraine “Special Military Operations” to disarm their neighbors. This denies targeting civilians and not commenting on the strike on Mykolaiv.
Ukraine and the West said Russian President Vladimir Putin launched an unpracitable invasion.
