The pieces are the upcoming Thriller Netflix drama developed by Charlotte Stoudt and Lesli Linka Homeland with used portions as writers and showrunner. All the first season episodes will be directed by Minkie Spiro (Abbey Downton, you should Call Saul). Also attached to this project is the Bruna Papandrea which is a producer of production such as a large little lie and girl girl.
The netflix pieces are adaptation of the novel with the same name by the author of Karin Slaughter who is also a producer at the event. The production company behind its parts is the stories of Papandrea who are also behind the anatomy of the upcoming Netflix Antiology series from the scandal and HBO starring in Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant.

Thanks to the release of the official trailer, we can now confirm that the first season of the kip will be available for streaming on Netflix from Friday, March 4, 2022.
What is the chip plot?
The synopsis of the plot for the pieces is quite long compared to ordinary TV synops, but it does its job in explaining the serial premise quite well:

Who is cast in Pieces of Her?
The three main cast members of Pieces of Her have been announced throughout 2020. Primetime Emmy and Golden Globes winner Toni Collette will play Laura Oliver, the mother with a mysterious past life. On the surface, Laura is described as “seemingly the perfect Southern woman, devoted to her work as a speech pathologist and to her disaffected daughter, Andy.”
Bella Heathcote, known for her roles in Amazon’s The Man in the High Castle and The Neon Demon, will play Andy Oliver, Laura’s daughter who embarks on a journey to discover her mother’s past. Heathcote’s role is described as “a college dropout living in her mother’s garage apartment, aimless and struggling for direction and the complete opposite of her mother.”
Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings actor David Wenham will play Jasper Queller, a man from Laura’s secret past life. He is the eldest of the three Queller siblings, forever driven to surpass his domineering billionaire father. Pieces of Her will be Wenham’s and Collette’s third collaboration after 1996’s “Cosi” and 1998’s “The Boys”.
Additionally, the supporting cast will include Terry O’Quinn (Lost, Castle Rock), who will portray Jasper’s father, a powerful billionaire who has a tight grip on his wife and children. Jessica Barden (The End of the F***ing World) and Calum Worthy (Out of Order) play Jane and Andrew Queller, Jasper’s siblings. The supporting cast also includes Joe Dempsie (Game of Thrones) as Nick, Andrew’s friend. Jacob Scipio (Bad Boys for Life) plays Michael Vargas, an enigmatic stranger tracking Andy Oliver as she searches for the truth about her mother.
How many episodes will Pieces of Her have?
The first season of the series will have eight one-hour episodes, which is the standard length for a Netflix season.
What’s the production status on Pieces of Her?
The first season of Pieces of Her has been in pre-production for some time before the global pandemic and was due to begin filming in Spring 2020, but the production was forced to shut down. Later, production was rescheduled to August 2020 but was delayed again to January 2021. Now as of February 2021 the series is finally in production in Sydney, Australia.
