World No. 1 Novak Djokovic appeals at court against deportation of Australia

World number one Novak Djokovic tennis fought against deportation from Australia on Thursday after the government revoked his visa because of a failed vaccine-entry requirement to meet Covid. The skeptical vaccine was stopped by border officers on arrival to Australia at the end of Wednesday and was rejected into the country. He is currently being held in immigration detention facilities in Melbourne and deportation’s face.

Djokovic has flown to the city of Tullamarine Airport expecting to maintain an open Australian crown, and bid for 21 grand slam titles unprecedented.

He claimed on Instagram that he had obtained the release to play in the tournament, which began on January 17, without being vaccinated.

The 34-year-old has refused to reveal the status of the public vaccine, but had previously voiced the opposition to become thrust. He contracted Covid at least once.

But instead of returning to this conquer champion, Djokovic never managed to control the last border.

Conservative Prime Minister Scott Morrison said Djokovic has failed to provide officials with evidence of multiple vaccination or adequate medical exception.

“The rules are rules and there are no special cases,” Morrison said.

Australian border officials questioned starring overnight sports and revoking the visas citing failure to “provide the right evidence to meet entry requirements”.

Djokovic’s lawyer now arguing against decisions in court, hoping to prevent star deportation.

‘Djokovic, justice and truth’

News that Djokovic has received the release of arrival in Australia without being vaccinated to meet with public anger.

Australia has been able to travel or accepted a family from abroad for many of the last two years, thanks to the limitation of difficult pandemics.

Stephen Parnis, former Medical Association Australia Vice President, said the release of sending “a terrible message” for people who try to stop the spread of Covid-19.

But the treatment of Serbia at the time of arrival was asked anger among his fans and hard diplomatic reprimands from Serbian president.

“The whole Serbian is with him and … our authority does all steps so that the persecution of the world’s best tennis tennis time as soon as possible,” said President Aleksandar Vucic after talking to Djokovic by telephone.

“In line with all international public law standards, Serbia will fight for Novak Djokovic, justice and truth.”

Djokovic’s father echoed the nationalistic tone, claiming his son was “detained for five hours” at Melbourne airport and had to return home to welcome the hero.
