Netflix has just revealed its main actor for direct one-piece adaptation via Twitter (and quickly deleted it) with the players excavated by Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Emily Rudd, Jacob Romero Gibson, and Taz Skylar.
It has been almost two years since Netflix first announced that they, together with the studio tomorrow, is working on a live-action series and even though we have had several updates all the time, we never knew who would star in the players. That’s up to this day!
This series is currently preparing for production in South Africa for the beginning of 2022 but today we see a glimpse of whose main casts are for the Live-Action series.
So, let’s go you through a new cast announcement for the Live-Action One Piece Netflix.
Iñaki Godoy Will Play Monkey D. Luffy
Central character for the story. Godoy has been involved in the original netflix which is original in the form of who killed Sara? Where did he play Bruno.
Monkey D. Luffy first made his debut in Chapter 1 and Episode 1 from the anime and served as the famous and strong founder and pirate captain of the straw hat.
Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro
Mackenyu might be the most famous for his role about RIM Pacific: a rebellion where he plays the role of Cadet Ryoichi but also appears in titles such as Rurouni Kenshin, Brave: Gunjyo Senki, and Over Drive.
Also known as Zoro pirate hunters, Roronoa served inside the straw hat pirates as one of two swords of swords. He first debuted in Chapter 3 Anime.
Jacob Gibson as Usopp
Gibson has appeared in many TV series for the past few years including Gray’s anatomy, residents and green.
He will play the role of the USOPP “God” who first debuted in Anime in Chapter 23 and Episode 8 of the original anime. Usopp functions as a sniper of the straw hat pirates and is a fourth member of the crew.
Emily Rudd as Nami
Rudd recently appeared on the Netflix film trilogy, Fear Street during the summer where he played Cindy Berman but also appeared on the dynasty as Heidi and will soon appear in seress hunters.
Nami serves as a navigator for pirate straw hats and is the third member of the crew. He first debuted in Chapter 8 manga and sports orange hair.
Taz Skylar as Sanji
Starring people like Agatha Raisin and criminal films, Skylar will play the role of Sanji in the upcoming One Piece series.
Also known as “black legs” Sanji, the character functions as a cook for a straw hat pirate and is the fifth member of the crew. The first character debuted in the manga in Chapter 43 and was not seen in the anime until episode 20.
